Richard Gere called, he wants his shirt back! Julia Roberts recycles Pretty Woman look 23 years on

More than two decades on and Julia Roberts is seen here evoking her Pretty Woman roots.
The 46-year-old actress posed in an oversized man's shirt for the December issue of Marie Claire US, reminiscent of one of her costumes from the 1990 film in which she co-starred with Richard Gere.Roberts, who played prostitute Vivian in the movie, borrowed her client Edward's shirt, played by Gere, to tone down her streetwalker style for a shopping trip on Beverly Hill's famous Rodeo Drive.

'It looks so appealing and you just can't resist getting in there, and then you just end up with sticky fingers and it lasted an instant.'
And the Eat Pray Love actress refrains from typing her name into Google's scary search box, too, noting that she can afford to live without the limitless supply of subjective opinions.'I have too much potential for collapse,' she said, before adding her theories on why criticism comes so easily online: 'There's an anonymity that makes people feel safe to participate in hatefulness.'
Not that she can't handle criticism in general, however.
'I like a good old-fashioned fist fight if people are pissed off at each other,' she explained. 'I just feel like if you're really mad and want to have a fight, then put your dukes up.'
She also discussed her admiration of Hilary Clinton, her 'personal hero', and how she got the opportunity to sit in on the inspiring politician's philanthropic meetings as a 'fly on the wall.'
And hearing about the work of women's groups in less fortunate parts of the world led Julia to reflect on and appreciate her own family practices.
'It's my privilege and an honour to cook three meals a day for my family, and its a luxury on a level that I didn't even realize,' the hardworking actress and mother said.
Julia has three children - twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, aged nine, and Henry, aged six - with her husband Danny Moder.
Julianne Nicholson, who plays Julia's sister in the upcoming movie August: Osage County, gave even more insight into Julia's homely habits.
'I would go in the trailer, and she would be sewing sleeping bags for Hazel's dolls,' the actress said.
And it's clear that family life is truly what drives the star's happiness.
'I feel super kind of happy,' she gushed, when complimented by Marie Claire's guest interviewer Ryan Murphy (Glee) on her appearance, explaining, 'which I think translates to pretty, because my husband is home.
