Brad Pitt Accuses Angelina Jolie of 'Secret Dealings' in $500M Winery Sale.

The legal battle between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie over their $500-million winery, Château Miraval, is heating up. Brad claims that Angelina secretly sold her stake in the winery to a third party, hiding the deal from him. In court documents, Brad alleges that Jolie was paid $54.4 million for her share but initially backed out, citing concerns over a non-disparagement agreement. However, Brad's legal team argues that the real reason for the withdrawal was that Angelina had already lined up a deal with the Stoli Group, owned by Russian billionaire Yuri Shefler.

The couple each owned 50% of the winery, with Angelina’s LLC, Nouvel, holding her shares and Brad’s LLC, Mondo Bongo, holding his. After their divorce, Brad filed a lawsuit to reverse the sale, claiming he was left out of negotiations despite an agreement requiring his approval for any third-party sale. In retaliation, Angelina's company, Nouvel, has sued Brad for $350 million, accusing him of misusing winery assets.

The case, with the winery’s value estimated at $500 million, remains ongoing, with both sides fighting over control of the estate.
